This Subway location truly stands out as one of the few that genuinely cares about your order. I often stop by for lunch and usually choose roast beef, turkey breast, or the Italian BMT on sourdough. They are quite generous with both the meat and the toppings. I also appreciate that they check if the bread is dry—if it is, they discard it and give you fresh bread. The sandwich was exactly what I expected. The service was decent, so overall, my lunch was alright. However, when I needed to contact them, it was impossible. I called more than 50 times over a 30-minute span on two separate days, and they never answered. To make matters worse, the voicemail was full, so I couldn’t even leave a message.
The prices at this Subway location seem deliberately high, and the stale bread is really disappointing. It takes away from the overall Subway experience. For the same price, you could have a meal at a proper restaurant. Don’t repeat my mistake.
I won't comment on the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff seems to lack the skills to make a proper sub, and when you try to eat it, everything falls apart.
