My visit to Subway was quite disappointing. An older woman with noticeable eyelashes was very rude and unprofessional. When I told her my cheese preference, she scoffed and made a dismissive comment as if I had made a bad choice. The man then asked me again, and I repeated my selection. Instead of carefully preparing my sandwich, she hurriedly put it together, seeming frustrated, possibly because my toppings didn’t match the picture. By the time I got home, just three blocks away, my sandwich was soggy and messy, and it made me feel unwell. She was also unhelpful when I asked her to scan the app for my rewards points. I won't be coming back.
The young staff member assisting me was very attentive and quickly prepared my three sandwiches without delay! He generously added all the veggies I requested and didn’t need me to repeat any of my choices. The sandwiches stayed fresh even after my 40-minute commute home! I’ve visited this location several times over the years, and it seems to have improved since my last visits!
It would have been a five-star experience, but they were out of eggs for the breakfast sandwiches. The staff member on duty was very polite and explained that there were supply issues affecting many locations. I ended up choosing a substitute sandwich from the lunch menu and was able to move on with my day quickly.
The service was very slow, despite a line of customers waiting. The single sandwich maker was moving at a sluggish pace and appeared unhappy, showing no sense of urgency. Additionally, the tables were unclean.
