I didn’t have a good experience with the woman working at Subway. When I walked in, she abruptly asked what I wanted, which felt very unprofessional. While ordering, I requested seven-grain bread for my first footlong, and she rudely told me they don’t have seven-grain, only nine-grain. I agreed to the nine-grain. When I started to say what I wanted on the sandwich, she impatiently asked about the bread for the second sandwich. I told her to take it one at a time. She repeated, asking what I wanted on the second sandwich, and I replied cold cut. Overall, she was not a pleasant employee. I was the only customer in the store, and now I understand why.
I visited the Subway drive-through about an hour ago and was disappointed with my experience. The soup tasted stale and made me feel sick, and the chicken was undercooked and not toasted. Unfortunately, the North Vegas location continues to disappoint with poor food quality. During my previous visit, the staff were rude to me and my daughter, which leaves a negative impression of Subway. On top of that, they forgot to include the avocado I paid extra for.
I ordered a footlong and a chocolate chip cookie, but for a co-worker, I requested a chicken and bacon ranch wrap with no bacon and sliced avocado. Instead, the wrap had bacon and no avocado. Also, I asked for buffalo sauce on my footlong and didn’t get any. Frustrating.
Subway is extremely clean, and the food was excellent! I tried a monster sandwich and absolutely loved the sauce, which I believe was garlic ranch. Their menu offers some great options!
