This is my second time ordering from this location, and the experience has been disappointing. The staff seem unmotivated and avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes. Every time I order online, my order isn’t ready or waiting at the pickup counter, forcing me to wait at least 20 minutes longer than expected. I’ve asked the employees why this location consistently struggles while others manage smoothly. At other stores, I can simply walk up, pick up my order, and leave without issues. They really need to get it together.

I wish I could give this place a zero. It was an unpleasant and disgusting experience. The workers were hastily preparing my sandwich, making several others at the same time. I specifically asked for no olives or cheese, but they still added them. The lady, Rebecca, was picking them off, and everything was incredibly soggy. Save your money and go elsewhere. They have fake employees answering when you ask for the manager, and I doubt they even check the cameras.

I arrived at Subway on Thursday night at 5:30 PM to place an order for Sunday, but the door was locked and the shop was empty. When I returned on Saturday morning, I had trouble placing my order, so I left and went to the El Monte Subway instead, where the staff assisted me promptly and made me feel valued. I will not be visiting this location again, as my past experiences here have consistently been marred by poor customer service.

I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready by 9:10 AM. We were asked to wait an additional 5 minutes, but after waiting until almost 9:30, our food still wasn’t ready. We ended up canceling the order since it was meant to be our lunch for work. This isn’t the first time my online order hasn’t been ready on time. I won’t be coming here again.
