I often visit this restaurant after shopping, but I had a bad experience today. The service staff was rude, and the lettuce was brown. When another customer and I requested different lettuce, she claimed there was none available. The tomatoes were mushy, and the avocados were rotten—when I asked for a replacement avocado, it was rotten as well. This is unacceptable, especially given the prices. To make matters worse, she incorrectly charged me $58, then changed it to $54, when my order should have only been $42. I won't be returning; I feel like I've lost a good customer experience at Subway.
Sandwiches are always on the smaller side. Hardly any meat or anything. 3rd time in the last month we’ve had the same flat cheated foot longs. Mostly online orders we’ve noticed. Smh...... 11/15/21 another visit. Waited 20 minutes passed pickup time. To come home and realize chickenbcnrch missing bacon on the wrong bread. And wrong cookies were given. Cmon ? I really would like a refund. Every visit is a problem.
I stopped by this restaurant and discovered a promotion offering 6-inch subs for just 60 cents, so I wanted to share a picture. It's aimed specifically at kids. While I thought the requirement to download another app and sign up was somewhat cumbersome, it could be worthwhile for others, especially at such a low price!
The sandwiches are practically made on a thin baguette now, for around 12$ that has to be one of the most pathetic sandwiches I have ever had in my career. All this place cares about is cutting costs. Nick Ardwal, if you're reading this please sell your stores. You're not fit to be an owner

Very disappointed we ordered a meal with soda and the soda machine was pure carbon we told the guy he said yeah its not working we said its ok we don 't want it after all he said you touched the cup you pay for it it was not right never going back again
came in today to get sandwiches for dinner, and my ham was green! absolutely disgusting could not even finish my sandwich and when coming in for a refund the employee blamed it on avacado when it's clear the ham has gone bad.
This is one of the first places I've been able to sit down and enjoy my meal in peace for a while. The ingredients were fresh, the staff was polite, and the tables were clean. The Mexicali sandwich was fantastic!
The restaurant has a clean environment, friendly staff, and uses fresh ingredients. However, for wheelchair accessibility, keep in mind that it's located in a strip mall with a raised curb from the parking lot.
