Sandwich maker Maria doesn't follow online instructions and refused to acknowledge the ingredients even upon showing her the ingredients list in the app! I purchased the Dangerwich in the app from the Online Vault section. When I received the sub, it was missing the bacon. When I went back to tell her she forgot to put the bacon in, she immediately got hostile and said she didn't put bacon in on purpose because I didn't pay for it, even though it said BLT with Bacon right on the receipt. I opened the app and showed her the sandwich and the list of ingredients and pointed out it comes with bacon. Yo which she said she only goes by what's on the menu and BLTs don't come with bacon normally so...
Horrible place! I went this morning to buy a footlong chicken sandwich and the way they made my subway it was so sloppy. I opened it up and it looked and was disgusting! I use to always go here every morning now u guys lost a customer. I had to throwaway food! Food is not meant to be thrown away. I never give bad reviews but you guys earned it! I threw away almost $10 dollars! Very rude customer service, that cubby girl needs extra training! Horrible Horrible avoid this place people.
They charge higher prices than other nearby locations and often run out of ingredients, which is frustrating. Additionally, they sometimes refuse to accept national coupons. However, they are the only Subway in the area, so it's a bit of a trade-off.
The place was horrible I was a dime short and my sister was coming but the old women with the red hair was like he doesn't got enough I told them that my sister was coming but they continued to talk about it

Got here at 8 pm. Went over the menu on my app, went to the doors at 8:12 pm. They were in the store cleaning, waving me away, the door was locked. They were closed.
No matter which employee at this Subway makes your sandwich, they are very stingy with the meat. Not like it's coming out of their paychecks.
