Went into subway today and was attended by Isaiah. He was really nice and polite. I was really impressed with him despite the KAREN of co-worker he had pestering him and raising her voice at him. Doesn't this lady working have any shame getting upset at him in front of customers? That made me very uncomfortable, and I felt bad for him that he has to put up with someone like that. I wish the subway management would read these comments because I am sure that this is the same lady. How could let a Karen like her work and terrorize their employees. Please do something about this lady!
I hardly come to this side of town for lunch , but yesterday I was very pleased with my service, lady I’m thinking the manager was very polite and the place was very clean workers all were polite and with smiles to greet!don’t get that at subway in Walmart, Manager Connie was very helpful and took time to listen what I wanted on my order, definitely a change from other subways in this city! 5 stars! Keep up the good work!
I wish they had meatballs, but it seems like this location, like many Subways, doesn't like making Boss sandwiches and is always out of meatballs. This is why I'm not a fan of Subway. My husband loves it, but I've tried four different Subway locations, and each time they've been out of meatballs. I guess I'll have to learn how to make them myself and save some money. Keep it up, Subway!
As the only sandwich shop in town, they really ought to have at least three staff members working during the dinner shift to prevent orders from piling up.
