The Subway itself The same as any other Subway. However however I have gone here twice and had the same experience with the employeent Samuel both times. I don't know if hes just trying to be nice and make small talk or if hes trying to flirt with me but both times I have gone there he has asked me numerous questions about my life tried to continuously make small talk when I'm not really interested and just overall Made me super Uncomfortable. Today when I went it took him a long time to make my sandwiches and someone came in after me and the other employee helped to the person that came in after me and the person that came in after me got their sandwiches done at the same time that I did an...
this subway is very clean with helpful and efficient employees. both of these properties are difficult to find in many subways nowadays. I actually drove past a closer underground to go to this instead. I personally recommend the huhn teriyaki. note that the price of the subway is quite high in recent years. a single foot long sub (no meal/chips or drink) cost me over $11 only for the sandwich. this is more a reflection about the subway against this place.
Charlie took care of us tonight. By far the most kind thoughtful subway experience I’ve had, so good I had to shout him out. He was so patient. He kept asking if there was enough sauce/veggies on my sub, never have had someone ask me that before. He was seriously soooo nice! Whatever he is getting paid is not enough with how much service he provided. Thank you so much for making us feel so taken care of special, Charlie!
I haven't been in a sandwich shop in almost 3 months. I stopped in today just to grab and go, I want even fully in the door yet and I'm being asked what I want. I was the only person in there and felt rushed, from start to finish. Totally uncalled-for, I won't be back. The sandwich was really good, but the customer service was not. 3 stars for the food. I've been going to Subway my entire life. I've never had a server this awful before. This grown man in his 50s didn't want to do the normal routine of building the sandwich while going along, and had to be told that I wanted the refrigerated bacon heated. He came off as passive aggressive. First ever time I skipped the tip.
The staff was friendly even though you could tell they were stressed. I'm sure they're short staffed like everyone. They were out of turkey and ham though. Which is weird because those are like the top 2 sandwich meats.
