The staff member at the restaurant had earbuds in and seemed completely uninterested in making my sandwich. His demeanor was unprofessional, and I had to wait two minutes before he even acknowledged my presence to take my order. Instead of politely asking me to hold on for a moment, he distractedly fiddled with his phone and didn't notice I was waiting at all. When I finally got my sandwich, it was practically inedible—It felt more like an effort to create a chaotic artwork than a proper meal. I expect much higher standards; I deserve a new sandwich made by someone who approaches their craft with genuine skill and care, akin to the artistry of Thomas Kinkade.
I visited the restaurant during the second shift, arriving an hour before closing time. Unfortunately, I faced some communication issues with the staff. While I understand that language barriers can happen, there was also a mistake with my order. I regularly get the same wrap at Subway, so I know exactly what ingredients and quantities should be included. Typically, a wrap contains double the meat of a 6-inch sub, along with the same amount of cheese and vegetables. However, the wrap I received had too much of one type of meat and less than half of the other two types. The cheese and veggies were fine, but overall, the order wasn't prepared as I expected.
Food poisoning for sure. They act like they don?t understand you or can?t hear you because they?re making your food wrong. Decide to toast it even if you don?t want it toasted but you can?t complain or say anything because they just don?t care and all stand around and look at each other. I?m guessing the five star review was from the owner or an employee. Yes you should get paid more but you should also have people on staff that care what there doing and not all look at the child at the cash register to translate then he just stares off into space.
This is undoubtedly the worst Subway I have ever visited! Honestly, even giving it one star feels too generous. I've been to this location several times, and each visit has been a letdown. The restaurant is understaffed, and there seems to be a lack of management oversight; it's basically run by disinterested teenagers. I work nearby, so I value the convenience of walking there for lunch, but honestly, it’s worth the drive to another location or just heading over to Potbelly, which is only a block away. I won’t be coming back to this Subway again.

I see a few Karen's and Ken's in the reviews littering hate. People I saw were great, professional and friendly. They get paid hardly anything so you will run into a bad apple every once in awhile. Pay them more and you'll get better employees.
This owner wants to give people food poisoning? I ordered a turkey sub and realized that the meat at giant black spots? I asked what those spots were and the owner started freaking out and yelling. This place is incompetent.
It's time to take notice! Your website states that you are open on Sundays from 10 AM to 9 PM, but in reality, you are closed. This is frustrating for customers. Please update your information to prevent any confusion!
This is a decent Subway, a lot better than it used to be. It gets super crowded over the lunch hour though, prefer to go there for an afternoon snack rather than during peak hours.

This review is for the Subway in Edina in the centennial lakes strip mall. Friendly employees, and the place is always clean. The food is the same as other Subways
Very Rude and doesn?t give respect if you ask them something. Not sure how they are still in business. Terrible attitude, no wonder subway is not making profits.
