The fountain drink machine was out of order, and when I asked for help, the staff member told me to find it myself. When I couldn't locate it, she asked, "Can you read? You'll find lemonade." I found this quite frustrating because there were so many drink options available, and I needed more specific guidance on where to find the one I wanted.
To make matters worse, when I opened my food order, it was incorrect; instead of Buffalo chicken, I received a different kind of chicken. Throughout our interaction, she was on the phone speaking in Gujarati, which I found rather disrespectful, as it felt dismissive to be conversing in another language while serving a customer.
Very rude employee. I walked into the store with my starving daughter after a long trip. The guy told me he couldn’t serve us because he had online orders to handle. I even pleaded with him, saying I wasn’t asking for free food, but he didn’t care and just said no, claiming he was too busy. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. I plan to file a complaint because others have mentioned similar issues with him.
Very rude guy , walked to the store my daughter was starving since we had long trip . The guys said I can’t take you guys because I have online order . I even bagged him please please like am going to take it for free he didn’t even bother and said no to am busy worst store ever I will have to file a complaint to subway since the whole review also talking about him .
Absolutely the worst subway. Like I know it's subway but damn these people hate their job. She accidentally put honey mustard when I asked for chipotle doesn't even sound the same. When I asked to take it off she looked at me like I was crazy. Place looks dirty and if your having a bad day would not recommend coming here at all.

This is the second and last time I will ever come to this place. No concept of time. They are slow slow slow slow. Everytime I walk in I just walk out. This place should not even be open. Do not go here if you have a 15-30 min break. Freakn ridiculous. I don't even give you one star.
The service at this Subway was terrible. I do NOT recommend it. I had to wait half an hour before someone took my order, supposedly because they were busy, but there was actually no one else there. I ended up leaving and going to a different location.
Will never recommend this place to anyone. Very slow service . Only one employee was working there. No cleanup, no hygiene, worst sub ever of my life, 0 customer service , waited for 15 minutes to order, the boy was so rude,

I would give Subway zero stars if possible. The bread is always stale, and the service is rude. They rarely have half of the items from the menu, and the staff are incredibly slow. A complete waste of money.
