I strongly advise against visiting this location. Yesterday, I ordered a foot-long sub, and the bread was noticeably stale and unappetizing (see picture). It was so crispy that it resembled chips, which was an unusual experience for me at Subway. I understand that mistakes happen, so I called the store and kindly asked if I could get a replacement. However, the person who answered the phone was quite rude. I clearly stated that I wasn't looking for a refund, just a fresh sub, and I offered to return the old one. She was unyielding and refused to make a new sandwich. Additionally, she mentioned that because I used a coupon, that was the quality I should expect (seriously???). I genuinely hope...
I was Subway customer over 20 years and this is worst ever experience I ever had in my life! This location is a joke! I ordered 3 sandwiches and two of them was completely wrong! Drove all the way back after finding that sandwiches was wrong. Manager was arguing with me and did not even gave me my money back or did not made a right sandwiches that I was requested! I will not be back to this location ever! I am not recommending to place your orders online! They mixing up all ingredients. They need to learn how to treat their customers! Manager should be ashamed of herself! Never again even look at this place!
I had a wonderful experience with the staff members; they were friendly and attentive. I ordered a veggie patty footlong, and it was delicious. However, my experience with the Subway app was quite frustrating. The first time I used it, it displayed an expired coupon, and the next time it claimed I would earn triple points, but I never received them. On the bright side, the app did save my previous orders, which made reordering quick and easy. Overall, the ordering experience was decent, but the app needs improvement.
I ordered a sandwich from this restaurant, but the bread was soggy and the bacon was undercooked. I went back to request a fresh sandwich and to show them the one I had received. However, the woman at the register refused to give me a replacement. I even opened the sandwich to show her the issues, but she didn't seem to care. I ended up leaving the sandwich with her. The customer service at this location is really disappointing.

This is a fantastic restaurant with extremely helpful staff and, of course, excellent service and food. The staff were dedicated to providing great service and were very friendly. The presentation could use a bit more creativity, but aside from that, I would definitely eat here again. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!
There is zero customer service. They always talk on their mobiles with head phones on, while serving customers. It kind of feels, they don’t listen to customers. It’s frustrating, not sure why subway franchise allows
