Went there for lunch there was one lady making sandwiches and she's touching everyone food with the same gloves. What if someone was allergic to something. She's touching the oven with the same gloves she's grabbing food and using the meat cutter. I know that can't be sanitary. Whoever she was working with he was too busy on the phone& there was no covers on any of the food and nats were everywhere. I know you don't care about other people food but that's just disgusting. Don't go into food business if you can't keep it clean.
Worst subway in NYC. Ordered take-out from Uber Eats Pickup at 8:10pm, arrived the restaurant at 8:25 and owner said we close at 9pm, I already cleaned everything and won't make the order. I'm more than disappointed that I had to drive there and get rejected even though there's 35 minutes until they actually close. Will be reporting to corporate as well.
The staff was incredibly rude. I placed an online order to use a coupon, and the employee shouted at me for watching him make my sandwich. He insisted that I sit down or he wouldn't prepare it, and even though I didn't request any changes, he said he wouldn't add or modify anything from my order, making it pointless for me to be standing there watching.
When I ordered a soda, I was asked if I wanted ice. Was it a special service? Was it an added charge? I said no. I filled my cup with soda which turned out to be warm. All of them were warm and the ice machine wasn't functional. I went back to the counter and asked for ice. The owner dropped one large chunk into my warm-as-saliva soda. It was awful. The person who made my sandwich was very kind and polite, even offering me a cup of ice for my drink. The restaurant was clean and had a peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and come again. I must say, the sandwich was delicious and prepared perfectly!
Love everything the food is awesome the workers are awesome and respectful. but the only problem I got is they should update they time of closing on Google and the front of their store as well.
The Italian sub was tasty, but the cost was high for a sandwich. I was charged an additional $1.50 for two slices of extra cheese, which I found excessive.

I found it interesting that when I ordered a spicy Italian dish, I received more vegetables than meats.
