I visited this restaurant for lunch and was quite disappointed. There was one woman making sandwiches, but she was using the same gloves to touch all the food, which raises concerns about allergies. She was also touching the oven and using the meat cutter while wearing those same gloves, and I can’t imagine that was sanitary. The person she was working with was too distracted by his phone, and there were no covers on any of the food, leading to a fly problem. It seems like there’s a lack of care for food safety, which is really concerning. If you can't maintain cleanliness in a food business, you shouldn't be in it. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The service was incredibly slow, even though I was the only customer. I ordered several sandwiches, but they prepared them in batches—first making half, wrapping them up, and then starting on the rest. As a result, the first ones they made got cold while I waited. To make matters worse, they sliced the bread incorrectly, so I had to use a spoon to eat my meal because the bread fell apart.

When I ordered a soda, I was asked if I wanted ice. I couldn't tell if it was a special service or if there was an extra charge, so I declined. When I filled my cup, I discovered the soda was warm—actually, all of it was warm, and the ice machine was out of order. I returned to the counter and requested ice. The owner dropped one large chunk into my lukewarm soda, and it was just awful.

Worst subway in NYC. Ordered take-out from Uber Eats Pickup at 8:10pm, arrived the restaurant at 8:25 and owner said we close at 9pm, I already cleaned everything and won't make the order. I'm more than disappointed that I had to drive there and getrejected even though there's 35 minutes until they actually close. Will be reporting to corporate as well. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The staff was extremely rude. I placed an online order using a coupon, and the employee yelled at me for watching him make my sandwich. He demanded that I sit down or he wouldn't prepare my order. Even though I didn't ask for any changes, he said he wouldn't add or modify anything, which made it pointless for me to be standing there watching.

The person who prepared my sandwich was incredibly friendly and polite, even offering me a cup of ice for my drink. The restaurant was tidy and had a serene atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend it and would love to return. I have to mention that the sandwich was delicious and made to perfection!

The restaurant's advertising is misleading because they do not accept the coupons they promote. I ended up paying full price and had the worst service I've ever encountered.
