I visited this Subway, which is supposed to close at 9 PM, at 8:45 PM, only to find the door locked. I pointed out to the two young women working there that it wasn't quite 9 PM yet, but they just laughed and ignored me. If their real closing time is actually 8:30 PM, they need to update their posted hours. It seems like the staff decided to close the store whenever it suited them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to the employees' unprofessional behavior.
This restaurant has greatly improved since the new management took over in early 2022. I usually place my orders online, so I don’t get to witness the sandwich-making process, but the two regular staff members I encounter are outstanding. They consistently get my complicated order right every time!

The staff here are always friendly, and my sandwich was absolutely delicious. My favorite aspect of this place is that there's a payphone right in front! You don't see those very often these days.
