I've been a loyal customer at this Subway for years and have consistently had positive experiences—until lately. Recently, I've observed a younger employee who often speaks into his earpiece, which appears to distract him from helping customers. I can see the frustration on people's faces due to his inattentiveness. Good customer service is crucial, especially when it comes to food preparation. I hope he can put his phone down and return to delivering the excellent service this location is known for.
My rating doesn't reflect the true quality of the staff or the restaurant itself. The food is outstanding, and the staff is very friendly. However, my main concern is that nearly everyone was not wearing hats or hair nets. This is a serious issue for me, not just at this restaurant but at several others too. I believed that wearing hats or hair nets when handling food was mandatory, not just optional. I sincerely hope someone from the health department looks into this matter.
I would have rated this restaurant higher, but they really need to ensure that all staff wear their masks correctly, covering their noses. There's one employee who consistently has his mask pulled down, and his nose is quite prominent. I can't help but worry something might inadvertently come out and land on my food. It's quite unappealing. Because of this, I tend to avoid dining here whenever I see him, which is unfortunately quite frequent.
I would caution others about this location. If you don’t mind being treated disrespectfully and condescendingly, this Subway might work for you. I sincerely hope that upper management takes note of this review and provides the staff with proper customer service training so they can greet customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

I have ordered from this Subway before, but this morning there seemed to be a new owner or employee. I asked for a bacon, egg, and cheese dish without bread since I follow a carnivore/keto diet, but they refused to make it for me, and they did so very firmly. Because of this, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

At Subway, I had an excellent experience with the veggie wrap, packed with turkey, guacamole, green peppers, red peppers, banana peppers, melted cheese, and mayonnaise—it was outstanding. The menu offered a great variety, and the restaurant's ambiance was very welcoming.
The wraps are an excellent option if you're looking for something lighter than a sandwich. The salads are fantastic as well. Be sure to try the sweet onion dressing with anything—you won't be disappointed!

The customer service at this Subway was disappointing; I felt like a burden just for coming in to order a sandwich. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sandwiches.
