The service at Subway has noticeably declined. I recently placed a pickup order through their app, which indicated my order was ready. However, upon arrival, there was a long line stretching outside the door. At the designated pickup area, a staff member informed me my order wasn’t ready and that they were overwhelmed. While customers waiting in line were being assisted, even though I ordered 30 minutes earlier, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes.
