First time we went back tonight since they reopened under new manager. The name is subway but they don't take subway coupons. I held the coupon up and ordered, they waited till 3 footlongs were all made and rung up before saying oh management says no coupons. Seriously, what should have been $19.99 cost me $38 and change. They seriously skim on fillings for them as well. Used to be nice full sandwiches . not now and for that price. Guess they aren't looking for repeat customers. To bad used to be a favorite, guess not now.
Literally JUST went to this subway.the hours online and on the door of the store say they’re open until 10pm. When I arrived at approximately 1:30, the doors were locked and the lights were off but there were employees inside. If they need to shut the store down at specific times (which I wouldn’t understand why they would need to unless it’s staffing issues) you’d think there would be at least a sign on the door explaining why. I literally drove 30 mins for nothing hahaha. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
Meh, it's Subway. It's always meh, same stuff at every location. Nothing better or inferior to any other of their 92 zillion locations. I think that it's overpriced and the quality is definitely not what it was 20 years ago. If you want to spend 15$ on 1 sandwich that is skimpy on toppings and has low-ish quality meats on it then go ahead. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20
Newport Maine- June 28,2024 12:15-very rude young lady working the counter. I understand things get busy, but no tomatoes, no napkins and when the tomato's were ready I went back for them to add to my Cali Caprese which is not a Caprese without tomato's. I was snapped at and told I had to wait in the Line. In The meantime my husband had finished his sandwich. Service: Dine in

We went to order the foot-long cookies ahead of time and was told it would be making plenty of them and it would be no problem. We even ordered online and was told the orders being processed. Guess what when we got there they were all out of cookies and they didn’t care They even asked or would you like the small chocolate cookies instead what a bunch of morons
