Really deserves no stars. My 4th time trying to buy food from here and will be my last. Since starting work in this area in November this is a subway thats convenient to frequent during lunch because starbucks is like 3 doors down so i can kill 2 birds with 1 stone. 1st time service was good, 2nd time the lady that helped me had a rude attitude, 3rd time they had no bowls and this last time i saw a guy coming out with food but when i walked up to the door to open it i felt resistance so i looked up and there was a girl who worked there pulling on the door from inside to keep me from coming in. When i looked at her her only response was ?no?. she gave no other explanation and didnt put a sign...

Next time an online order can?t be made, please insure you call the customer as a courtesy. Or maybe change your app settings to not allow anymore orders to be place at this particular restaurant. I am upset the way mobile orders are being handled at this particular restaurant and will no longer be ordering from their mobile app. If you need a refund, don?t bother calling them because they NEVER answer their phones even if the email itself says to contact the restaurant for further assistance. Either hire more help or do better at servicing your customers.

I visited with my younger brother and after we bought our sandwiches one of the employees was leaned over the counter to watch my brother and I pick our chips, which she knows we purchased- because she checked us both out at the register. Almost her whole body was learned from behind the counter to the front of the chips rack. This felt like racial profiling- the employee was Indian and my brother and are I both black. She watched us for a long time and made me so uncomfortable. I would be hesitant to return.

When it comes to using DoorDash or Uber Eats, this location is the worst. They refuse to prepare the order without getting a verbal confirmation from the customer, which can be quite frustrating. Who wants to wait for that every single time? I haven't experienced this issue at any other location. Perhaps they should consider calling the customer before the driver arrives to make things more efficient for everyone involved. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to in my life. Everytime I mean every time I order on the mobile app my sandwich looks like a 2 year old made it. I won't even say 5 year old because my child at 5 was making better sandwiches at that age. Forget getting a wrap, it will look like it's been through hell and back. They need more training here. The staff has no care.

I used to work at this restaurant, and the owners maintained such a high level of cleanliness that it changed my perspective on fast food. During my time there, it was a Black-owned establishment, which I found admirable. I'm not certain if it is still owned by the same family, but I highly recommend this place.

I visited the Subway in Greenbelt today for the first time in over a year. I was very disappointed with the long line and pace of service. There were 3 people working but non of them were efficient. The food was good but the service was not good. I recommend trying a different Subway.

Save your taste buds. Not worth it. Ordered a steak and cheese. Sandwich was cold, and not tasteful. Service was subpar. Haven?t been to subway in years and this reminded why. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Just spent $9.21 on a tuna fish sub. Is it too much to ask for some fresh lettuce and tomato on a sub. The Lettuce and tomato tasted old and sour.
