This place is TERRIBLE! I was trying to redeem my pretzel here the other day at the auntie anne's but they wouldn't honor my coupon. They keep saying we're subway but ummm there's auntie Anne's next to it as well so they're supposed to honor andacknowledge it. Nope they didn't. The staff/employees here are rude as this isn't the first time i went here. I always givepeople the benefit of the doubt because I worked in the industry a long time ago and people can be ignorant but no the employeeshere are just rude and miserable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
This place is awful! I attempted to redeem my pretzel coupon at Auntie Anne's the other day, but they refused to accept it. They kept insisting that they are part of Subway, but there is an Auntie Anne's right next door, so they should honor the coupon. Instead, they refused. The staff here are rude, and this isn't my first encounter with them. I usually try to be understanding, having worked in the industry myself, but the employees here are just unfriendly and seem unhappy. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I typically don’t have complaints about Subway since I’m familiar with their practices. However, during my visit today, the employee was particularly stingy with the meat. He only gave me two scoops of tuna on my footlong. When I inquired about getting double, he still provided just small scoops. I told him he was really shortchanging me on the meat, and he just laughed it off. I ultimately decided to let him complete my sandwich and then left. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the poor service.
My order was incorrect three times, and I was charged for the wrong sandwich. The server and cashier struggled to understand English, requiring me to speak slowly and louder than I felt comfortable with. While the food was decent, the overall experience was extremely frustrating.

VERY, VERY DIRTY! WE HAD TO USE OUR OWN WIPES TO CLEAN THE TABLE WHERE WE ATE! NOT VERY CLEAN BEHIND THE COUNTER EITHER ???? ???????????? THE FLOOR WAS A STICKY MESS. I COULD SEE IF THEY WERE BUSY, BUT THERE WAS ONLY FOUR PEOPLE IN THERE! NOT GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION.

They really need to fix their credit card machine. My charge of $7.94 was declined, and I was told to wait because the machine was slow. I waited for about ten minutes, and after another customer used the machine without any issues, I decided to pay with cash.
Always rude and disrespectful! The dude with a bald head especially disrespectful and treats staff rude. Never gives receipt. This place should be closed down or remodeled as they don?t even have the juice drinks running.
