The only reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because Mr. Michael is working hard to take care of everyone that comes in it takes a while because he is a one man army. I've had the pleasure of talking with him for a bit and I have nothing but good things to say. He needs help he doesn't get days off because if he did nobody would be working there. My man needs help or for damn sure a pay raise. Customer service is impeccable unless you're impatient then if that's the case get the hell and don't drag my man down. Mr. Michael if you see this thank you.
I've had numerous frustrating experiences at this restaurant. They're often out of various items. I placed an online order and returned an hour later, only to find that the staff hadn't even started preparing my order, which was worth $50. On another occasion, I witnessed someone smoking a cigarette and then attempting to prepare my food without washing their hands. When I declined to continue with my order, the staff member carelessly tossed the bread onto the floor. Overall, the service has been disappointing, especially for takeout.

Why don’t you offer gluten-free bread yet? We haven't dined here in years because of this. Many restaurants now provide it, so I don't understand why you don't. We’ve now been going to Jersey Mike's instead.
