I recently visited the Subway located at 7698 Belair Rd in Beltway Plaza, and I have decided to never return to this location again. None of my family or colleagues will be dining here in the future either. I will also be reaching out to corporate headquarters because the service I experienced reflects poorly on the brand as a whole.
I've enjoyed meals at various Subway restaurants throughout the Baltimore area for years without any issues. However, this specific location consistently falls short—it is stingy with toppings, has rude staff, and exudes an unpleasant arrogance. I would advise any business owner to visit this Subway and take note of what not to do if they want to be successful....
I love Subway! I think it's a healthy option, and I really enjoy visiting the city in Prince George's County to sample their sandwiches. Their oven-fresh chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies for just $1 are amazing! I'll always be a fan of Subway. I usually get the 6-inch bread along with my favorite Sour Cream and Onion chips. Maryland, my home state, has an incredible variety of food and restaurants that just keep getting better. I'm proud to say Maryland will always be a great place for food!
I had to give a one-star rating just to submit my review. The customer service is appalling. There’s one staff member who is consistently rude; he’s tall, wears glasses, and has dark hair. He often rolls his eyes as if I’m bothering him. Additionally, they forgot my cookies, and when I called to address it, they never picked up. Where is the customer service? We definitely won’t be returning.
I gave one star because I had to just to leave a review. Customer service skills are terrible. There is one guy that is always rude NO matter what. He is tall, glasses and has dark hair. He likes to roll his eyes and act like I am disturbing him. Plusthey forgot my cookies I tried to call them and they NEVER answered. Where is the customer service?? We won't be back at all.

This is the worst subway I ordered a salad and the amount that I received was not sufficient I asked for my money back and the manager told me it was not her fault and she is not giving me my money back and she will not make me a new salad. The young ladyhow help me was very nice but the ?manager ? Kamala needs to be retrained she is extremely unprofessional
I tried the pretzel for the first time and it was delicious. The customer service was excellent, especially the woman with red hair. She was polite, quick, and friendly. Thank you for the great service, keep up the good work!
I come to the Subway at Greenway in Greenbelt frequently and have mostly good experiences with the servers and the food. I intend to continue going here as it's one of my favorite local restaurants.
I forgot the mall's closing time and walked in about 30 minutes after it had closed, yet Fatima still took my order without any hesitation. This is a perfect example of going above and beyond.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! I asked for water and the young lady working here had a bad attitude. She also talked on the phone while taking other orders.
They gave me rotten chicken in my wrap. I open it and smelled it from away. Stay away from this location
