I also asked for my sandwich to be toasted, which they completely ignored. It arrived cold instead. Additionally, when I requested mayo and mustard, I didn’t expect such an excessive amount that it oozed out with every bite, overpowering all the other flavors and making it nearly inedible until I scraped off most of it. The best Subway in Baltimore! As I've mentioned before, chain restaurants should strive for consistency, but this location truly goes above and beyond. The store is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They have a great sense of humor that helps create a welcoming atmosphere. Of course, the food is the most crucial aspect, and they definitely deliver on that! They pay attention to details and always get my order right. It's so good that I don't mind walking the extra distance to reach this location instead of one of the three that are closer to me. Enjoy!
I just placed a pickup order through the Subway app and I couldn't be happier! The restaurant is open and maintains a high level of cleanliness. Every surface was sanitized, and both employees were wearing masks. They took the necessary precautions to ensure the food was passed in a hygienic manner. My order was accurate and ready right on time. I will definitely be coming back to this location. I highly recommend checking out their menu!
Fix your hours. I generally have positive memories of this location from when I lived nearby and that’s why it’s a 3. I am not sure if it has declined since we moved, or if it was a once off, but I took a detour to go there today as it was meant to be open at 8:00AM. Overcharged me, a pizza combo doesn't cost 12+ anywhere else. Beware that they don't give your receipt either. He charges .99 for putting cheese on top a pizza... he called it extra cheese. Does the photo show extra cheese?!? I think not. Never again. Go elsewhere. 8.49 for a plain veggie personal pizza. Nope. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Parking was easy and there was no wait. The restaurant was very clean. My sandwich was made quickly, and I was in and out in no time. The customer service was about what I expected for a Subway. I’ll definitely return to this location due to its convenience.
I visit this location 2 to 4 times a week for lunch, and I'm always impressed. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the service is excellent, and I've never encountered any problems with the quality of the food. They truly are fantastic!
I ordered a sub with meat and mayo, but it arrived without either. I've been a regular customer, eating there about four times a week, but now I think it's time to look for another place to eat.
