If I could give a review it would be negative stars. I walked in one evening and was very excited to have a sub after a long day. I walked in said hello (no response). I proceeded to stand and wait patiently while the lady finished her cleaning of the cutting boards. I'm not joking... 10 min I stood there waiting to get serviced and the woman running the place didn't even acknowledge the fact I was even standing there. After 15 min I finally walked out. She had brown and blonde hair in braids. Worst service I have ever encountered, very rude. Hope her sandwiches are better then her attitude, but I'll never know because she ruined subway for me forever.
order by door. my truthahnmelt was thrown into a paper bag, not even wrapped in subway paper like subways are in the rule. Of course, my sandwich was in the bag when it arrived. this place has serious problems and the staff should be embarrassed with the service they offer. They usually do not have the articles they have ordered and replace them without asking. once they have replaced Coworkers salads with a sub? my coworker is not a brot, all because of them not with dishes on this day. will never go back again, have given them too many chances and they still have to redeem themselves.
Do not visit this restaurant. I arrived at 7:42pm and found both doors locked, even though their closing time is supposedly 8:00pm. I called and spoke to a woman working there, inquiring if they were still open. She replied that they were closed, even though it was only 7:47pm. When I mentioned it wasn't yet 8:00, she responded rudely that they were ready to close. I will not be returning here.
The girl working rushed to the door and locked it as I was walking up last night. I was about 3 feet from the door when she locked it and turned around and walked back to the counter.It was 7:38 and they close at 8pm. Probably the rudest encounter I've ever had with anyone in a professional settingWill forever pass this Subway and go to Potbelly's from now on.

This is the closest Subway to R.O. Beaumont hospital. I was craving an egg white breakfast sandwich on flat bread with pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomato, red onion and a lot of black olives. Unfortunately, they do not have egg white so I had chicken strips instead. Thank you both.
