I had an unsatisfactory experience with the service at this restaurant. When I ordered my sandwich, I clearly stated that I didn't want tomatoes, but the staff member attempted to add them anyway and became frustrated when I refused. I also asked for mayo, but he wouldn't provide it since he had already started cutting the sandwich, even though I hadn't finished choosing my toppings. As I approached the register to pay, he made awkward eye contact and started speaking in his native language. I won't be coming back, and I believe these issues need to be addressed.
The customer service at this location is lacking. I work nearby and went in to grab lunch for my team. I found that the restrooms were locked and the staff told me they were only accessible for paying customers. I wanted to wash my hands before placing my order so I could enjoy my chips as soon as they arrived. One staff member insisted that I had to pay first, and then had the audacity to shake the tip box at me while I was paying. The owners of this sandwich shop need to either improve their staff retention or consider giving up their franchise.
So many bad experiences at this location. Never again. I ordered on app and decited to try carside delivery carryout thing and after 15min of checking in, i walked in and there were no customers so he wasnt busy, his mask was off and he was abraisive and rude. After i got my food he picked up the tip jar and shook it at me. After i got home and opened my food he got my order wrong too! I ordered one of the new melts and it was a reg sub, not melty, not cheesy. So i paid extra for a normal sub. LAST time i go to this apathetic location

Poor costumer service I got what I wanted on my sandwich and he tried to put tomato?s and I said no I don?t want that and he got mad I asked for mayo he told me no because he started cutting and I wasn?t done with my toppings then when I got to the front topay he started looking me in my eyes like a weird moment and started speaking his language never again they need to be shutdown.
We are in covid season it is Dec 4,2020 4:20pm and while sitting at the table eating my food the guy who rang me up had his mask off his nose and now he has no mask on and was putting food out without one had I known before entering I would not havecome here we are in Covid-19 season and he is putting everyone at risk no mask up he does not deserve our business..
Awful! While waiting to order I noticed a dead fly in the cheese. I brought it to the attention of the worker who appeared to be the manager. He took out the cheese that the fly was on and put the container back on the line. I asked if he was going to throw away the entire container. He began speaking to the cashier but didn't throw it away. NASTY! Never again.

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I saw on TV that if you buy two foot-long subs, they would cost $10.00. It didn’t mention anything about needing to use an app or order online. When I got to the register, the cashier charged me $25.43. I expected to pay around $20 with tax included. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
