I work here in the mall and this is one of the worst subways i have ever been to. i typically don?t leave reviews but this one i just had to. the staff isn?t friendly, they don?t make the sandwiches right every time i?ve been here , and today i ordered the garlic sub and the employee waited until the end to tell me they were out of garlic aioli instead of when i ordered the sandwich. This location is a disappointment every time i come here. I would definitely avoid it if you come shopping at tyson?s corner.
I appreciate the manager and staff at this restaurant. Due to COVID-19, there is limited seating, which helps with safety. The location is not situated in either food court, so there are usually no long lines, making it quite convenient. The employees are very friendly; however, they tend to work at a relaxed pace and don’t multitask efficiently.
Eventually, she mentioned that my sub was on the way but admitted it had been made an hour ago. It seems like they don’t care about their customers. I finally received my sub at 12:54 PM, and it was soggy; the paper was so wet that it was falling apart. I will never order from this Subway again, and I do not recommend it.
My sandwich is consistently delicious, especially when they don’t hold back on the ingredients. A little more attention to customer service could have easily earned you a 5-star rating from me. Thankfully, I’m a cheerful and positive person! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We have to give this place our "skimpy and stingy" award. Avoid it at all costs. I ordered a $10 protein bowl, and it was barely filled. I requested double veggies, but that didn’t happen. Overall, it just felt like a waste of money.
I checked online for breakfast options while on my way to the airport, and it said they open at 10 AM. When I arrived, I asked someone there, and they told me it actually opens at 11 AM!
Delicious sandwich, incredibly friendly staff, and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy your sub!
