This restaurant is conveniently located near my workplace, so I frequently purchase lunch here. I can't comment on the service since I always order through the app and just pick it up, which has always gone smoothly. My only complaint is the way they cut my wraps or sandwiches. They cut them diagonally, making it really messy to eat! Because of this, I'm giving a four-star rating instead of five. I try to remember to leave a note requesting a different cut, but sometimes I forget. I really wish they would just stop cutting it this way altogether.
I went in by myself to pick up two sandwiches that I had ordered in advance. There were two morning managers behind the counter who seemed more interested in chatting than in checking orders. I waited patiently, assuming my sandwiches were ready, but after 20 minutes, I realized that wasn’t the case. This waiting time is unacceptable. They really need to be re-trained.
This Subway seemed to be cleaner and better organized than the other Subway I've been to. I was greeted by Nina, who was very patience and had a positive vibe. She made my sub the way I wanted and the experience made it taste so much better. Thank you again Nina.
The staff is非常友好, and the restaurant looks fantastic after the renovation. The food was delicious, and the suggestion to try the boss sandwich was spot on.
