I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude and inflexible staff. I ordered two kids' meal subs toasted with spinach, cucumber, and American cheese. However, the employee informed me that they couldn't toast the subs because it posed a fire risk. When I suggested that other Subway locations could do it, he challenged me to name one—so I listed several that I had visited. I recommend avoiding this place, as there are plenty of better options nearby. I'm not sure if the man was the owner or just an employee, but both he and the woman working there were exceedingly rude.
Honestly, this restaurant is in terrible condition. The entrance was dirty, the windows were grimy, the floor was unpleasant, and the tables were not clean at all. It also had a strong smell of marijuana. While I could overlook the smell, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I didn’t see any signs of staff changing gloves or wiping down surfaces. It made me worry about what the kitchen must look like. The health department definitely needs to pay a visit to this establishment.
Went at opening at 9am as posted both on Google and the Subway restaurant. Just trying to get a sandwich to have for lunch later while skiing, and waited for 20 minutes for them to open. There was an employee inside still preparing to open but at some point retreated to the back and didn’t come back out after seeing us waiting. Understandable to need a few extra minutes to finish prepping to open, but 20 minutes late is unacceptable. Food: 1

Don't EVER go here for ANYTHING! They have a simple menu, apparently the staff is the same way. Im in the industry myself, THEY contined to argue with me. If I'm ording something AND paying for it. I WANT EXOECT They MADE me pay for it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The pickup order was prepared on time and fresh. The staff were excellent, and the atmosphere was clean. There were plenty of professional workers present. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere 3 out of 5.
The staff was incredibly nice, and the sub was deliciously satisfying. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
