We placed an online order 2 hours in advance. While in the car approximately 2 miles away, the store called me. I did not answer because I was so close. When I walked in, there were 2 employees, one behind the counter and one talking with a customer with a baby. The one speaking with the customer walked behind the counter and informed me that they did not have 3 of the 4 items I ordered. The restaurant was much pricier than I had anticipated. We paid $60 for three subs, a salad, and four drinks. We opted for take-out for lunch. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I just got a steak and mixed cheddar sandwich, it didn't seem like there was hardly any meat on it, and not much cheese at all. I ordered online,and I go to pick it up notice they didn't put my chips in the bag so I grab a bag and walked out get back to work and notice they didn't put my cookies in the bag either.If they do not put those in the bag along with her sandwich or whatever you order they need to let people know. We dine at this restaurant often. The staff is consistently friendly and speedy. The food is always prepared as requested. The location is consistently clean with ample parking. You can either dine in or take your food to go. The decor is typical of most Subway locations.
