Terrible experience. Their computer ordering system is always malfunctioning. During my last visit, my order was incorrect once again, and I didn’t receive something I paid for twice. There was no way to file a complaint or get a refund. They’ve taken the last $20 from this disabled veteran, and I won’t return unless they refund me, which is unlikely. They’ve just lost another customer.
This Subway location originally opened a few months ago as take-out only, but it is now offering both dine-in and to-go options. The bread is fresh, the meat is flavorful, and the customer service is outstanding. They also have a smart board available for use when ordering through the drive-thru.
