I visited Bell Subway today and encountered two disrespectful girls on Saturday, October 16th at 2:30 PM. They rudely confronted us for simply looking at them and when we stood up for ourselves, they insulted us and called us arab whores. We decided to leave and go to a different subway because of their disrespectful behavior. I hope they are fired so that no one else has to experience what we did. I prefer the Subway station at Mass Avenue much more.
This special subway is open 24 hours a day. My food orders were always good. The service was always good. My only problem is that they run out of meatballs after 12 midnight. So if I'm at work at 4:30 and try to buy a meatball sandwich, they can't make me one. They're starting to make meatballs at 6:00.
The service at this restaurant is very poor. The staff are extremely rude and seem to have no idea how to treat their customers. A few elderly ladies working there looked like they despised their job. It was very unprofessional and disappointing.

It had been a while since I last had Subway, so it was a pleasant change. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly and nice, and the Subway club sandwich was delicious.
