We placed a mobile order for two footlong sandwiches, but when we arrived, we received two six-inch subs instead. After a bit of confusion, the employee acknowledged his mistake and made two additional six-inch sandwiches to complete the order. However, he was quite stingy with the ingredients, which was disappointing, especially after the mix-up and the additional wait time. I felt like I was being made to feel at fault. To add to the unsatisfactory experience, he dropped an olive on the counter near the sauces and then put that same olive back on the sandwich, which I found unsanitary. I will be avoiding this Subway location in the future.
Seems like the reviews 4+ years ago are great, and most of the reviews in the last 4 years are 1 star and negative. Must have changed owners. This location does not accept coupons. Also, the thinner male employee is obnoxious and rude, and if he worked there regularly I'd probably stop going. Food is good, service (with that one exception) is great, but refusing to accept promos/coupons does make this subway unreasonably expensive.
This owner only cares about money which is why they never participate in cupons if you order online app mainly they dont get the price you pay in store you pay lower and some of them dont have a choice but accept the cupon since the app is controlled by subway head office all prices are the same on the app no matter what the owner choosing the price. They even charged me extra for veggies.
The subs were tasty, but there were a couple of issues. They forgot to toast my sub, even after asking if I wanted it toasted, so it ended up being cold. Additionally, they often seem to run out of ingredients for certain subs. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Extremely sparring on the protein. They don't fill the measuring scoop all the way and they fluff the protein so there's more air than meat. Extremely sparring on produce and sauce. If you ask for more it's always a fuss.
This restaurant is delightful and impeccably clean. I tend to be quite particular about my food, but the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. You all are fantastic! A big thank you to everyone!
ask for you receipt. they will charge you more for what you actually got. not the first time this happends. lost my business thats for sure bunch of crooks.
