My husband and I stopped in there for lunch while travelling through Fenelon via boat. When we went to pay for out subs I asked the cashier for a subway cup so I can get a large glass of ice water. He would not give me one. He offered me a 10oz cup but it was a hot day and I told him I'd like a larger one. I even offer to pay for the cup. I said do you want $0.25 for the cup. He said I have to buy a fountain drink. My thoughts were that this was ridicules. I just spent $8.00 on a sub. Do not drink pop or Dasani water and he wouldn't give me a cup. Talk about poor customer service and cheap owners. I will never go into this Subway again and we frequently travel though Fenelon. I have also sen...
Since it's the only sub joint in town there is nothing to compare it to. In other towns, there are Mr. Sub and Quizno's and I have to admit that I prefer Quizno's.The only other place (at the moment preparing "take out" subs is Sobey's. Not enough choices.Subway depends very much on the server. I have had really good service, normal service and really bad service (could not even cut the bun correctly!).The options are what they are. The owner (or I think he is the owner of the franchise) tries his best and he does well on his own. His staff sometimes sucks. I get subs here because I have no other option.
I live in the Durham Region, and we have a trailer in Fenelon Falls. I just happened to walk by and see a poster in the window "try our gluten free bread". I went in and asked for a gluten free sub, and I was so happy to have my first Subway sub in about 6 years as I am gluten intolerant! I loved the customer service as well. Great location on the corner of the downtown core and across from the locks, and falls. I came home to Durham region and none of the Subway locations down here are carrying the gluten free bread yet! BUMMER! Guess I ll have to spend more time at the trailer lol
I know, it's only a sandwich shop, but it does serve tasty and relatively healthy food.It's fast, and the subs are custom-made to your condiment preferences, and are a good value.When we attend conventions, we always prefer to bring a sub sandwich rather than buy convention food.This location has good service, the inside is very clean and bright, and the staff are helpful and friendly.You will get a consistently good sandwich here.God Bless Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I love that I can get all the cucumbers I want and not have to pay .25c for each 2 paper-thin slices that they put on my sandwich! Love the variety of sandwich buns. Mmmm. Fresh and tasty! Not to mention the smell of fresh bread baking!
We stopped in for lunch and were so pleased with the appearance of this restaurant. It is so bright and clean. The staff is friendly and professional and quick. Our subs were delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Unlike previous comments I found this location to be excellent! Service was great, food was great just like I ordered, very friendly staff. I will return to this location!

Someone should teach the young guy there how to make a sandwich! Cut the bread wrong, put all the ingredients in a way they would all fall out.
