This is not a normal subway? I understand they open privately but they have to be so standards because this place doesn't seem to have one? I am gluten free so my going to get a salad first from the person who takes my order...More be able to interact with the customer and not have someone translate it for you while it's helping another customer. Okay, I have a tuna salad. First of all my salad was brown you had almost no veggies (no peppers, spinach) there was so little lettuce in my salad I couldn't believe it. Absolute gem of a subway. Friendly staff, excellent food, and a great atmosphere. I had gone in to order a sandwich but turned out I ordered the wrong one by mistake because I was busy on the phone. After realizing, the lady dealt with this problem with the utmost generosity and respect by offering me to correct my order even tho she had finished and wrapped the sandwich. Overall, one of the best subway restaurants I’ve visited. Hats off to the management team, you got yourself a beauty here
The food is ok but there is one member of staff who works quite a lot making the atmosphere unhappy. She is often rude to the patrons and tries to make them feel stupid. I asked for guacamole on my sandwich and she was like. Where am I supposed to put it, I would ask out of order. There was a better way for her to handle it and she said next time I had to get the stepping stone. I've seen her get angry at customers in the past who didn't order fast enough.
As mentioned and the other review sites, the one older female manager who works here all the time is very rude and makes experience on this subway uncomfortable. The food itself is ok, the restaurant is quite clean. But if I... stop here and see that it's working, I'll get back in my vehicle and go somewhere else. It's a subway. Staff are friendly and quick. Coffee is good and it's a good place to have a small business meeting (3 to 4 people). While the bathrooms are clean they really need to work on the parking lot and entry, they are always messy and need attention. The staff however are friendly and customer centric. Makes up for the mess outside.
Went in with a coupon for two six inch subs if a drink is purchased. The price came to almost 11 dollars. When I questioned the server he said one sub is more expensive than the other. I looked up the prices when I got...home and realized he'd scammed me. Be careful not to fall into the same trap. Very sleazy. I will not go back there.
We were looking for a standard Subway meal, and that is what we got. Service was adequate... no smiles, no extra interaction with customers. If the staff were a bit friendlier I would be more prepared to recommend this place. There is lots of competition...just a block away not chain restaurants, but very nice, and friendly!
Staff were friendly and efficient. Highly impressed with the level of cleaning and care they took while making a sandwich for someone who is celiac. The area was thoroughly cleaned, and the employee washed their hands and changed their gloves to avoid cross contamination.
