I asked my boyfriend if he would grab me a subway so he did about quarter to a young Asian lad was serving ..Was really rude as he was obviously eager to leave work but the shop didnt close until as I checked first.. He literally shot our food together and told my boyfriend he should of came minutes earlier also when asked for nachos he said I cant got no salsa..unlucky for him we dont like salsa anyway.. I think he needs brushing up on his customer service .. After he had been rude he offered a plastic fork and said this would be normally be pound ,but little does he know we use subway regularly and always get them free..very rude
Quality food, nice staff, and a quick and professional service; a model for other franchises! If I could criticise anything, it would be the atmosphere in the shop/restaurant. The general layout of the tables could be redesigned and improved. But as a whole, this town branch of subway was very good and I'd recommend you try it out. Take care and enjoy.
The food here is quite great and have a massive selection of starters and subs with a range of salad, seasoning and meat choices. They are quite quick with preparing the sandwiches and follow the latest covid guidelines very well I would come here again and have been for a quick meal and normally bring some sandwiches home for my family.
Staff are friendly but food quality suffers sometimes if it is busy as the system seems to give 0 thought to time and expects the staff to make 8 sandwiches 2 salads and 3 wraps in delivery orders all whilst doing the orders for the people in the shop at the same time, all within 15 minutes. Either needs a better system or more staff.

Normally this is our go to subway however today the service was shocking. Hardly any filling put into sandwiches, no lettuce left so got the scrapings from the dish, bread all split down the middle... kids sandwiches differs massively in size. So disappointed as some of the girls are fab but today not so much....
fresh food As always, my favorite salad box chicken tikka or chicken tikka sub.with southwest all salad ideal for weight loss. great taste. sometimes they don't give salad in good portion they should consider this thing if someone eating only salad then it should be a fair portion.
Never gets our Deliveroo order correct, yesterday they sent us all wrong drinks and today sent us 6 drinks short and no pepperoni slice. This has happened many times before. Sort your selves out or close your doors if you can’t be bothered to offer the correct service!
Ordered different times from this place back to back got both orders incorrect costing and now have to wait business days for a refund, do not order anything online from this place it’s guaranteed to be incorrect!

Most staff are rude. They are unhygienic as well, i saw them spraying glass-cleaning products over exposed salad containers, not sure what they do away from customers' eyes!
