If your travelling on the A14 or the A1 then forget the busy services at Brampton Hut and head west on the A14 five more minutes to the quaint little village of Spaldwick where, surprisingly, you'll find this Subway, a Gregg's and a Costa Coffee....Loads of seating and a kids play area as well as public toilets. The attractive staff always gives me extra pepper when I ask, and the sweet flavors are always beautiful and fresh. I wish they had seating available inside as the waiting area is very small. I often grab my next salad for lunch from this Subway when I am working. They stay open fairly late, which is convenient for those wanting to avoid eating junk food at Burger King.
I recently came across a review that complained about the understaffing at haha. I visited on a weekend at Leicester Square and noticed there was only one employee. Despite this, the service was still great and I didn't experience any long wait times. I will definitely be back as soon as they open again.

Definitely the best hidden gem in the West Midlands. The only reason I keep coming back is because it's halal. The staff is efficient, trustworthy, and friendly. It's like they can read my mind because they always know my order before I even say a word. 5 out of 5, with a big thumbs up.
Despite the lack of outdoor seating and the small steps leading down to the restaurant, there are plenty of stairs inside. While we had to wait for our meal as they were still in training, the staff was friendly and welcoming, with smiles all around.
This was my first time trying a Subway wrap, and I have to say it was done perfectly. I ordered the Christmas scratch wrap, which had a lot of meat and was very tasty. I will definitely be going back for more.
