I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was appalling; the staff were rude and openly hostile towards patrons, even in the presence of other customers, making it seem like the customers were at fault. This is probably why there haven't been any reviews for years—most people simply choose not to return. I recently decided to give this place another chance, but I regretted it immediately. I visited this subway location and drove 30 minutes to get there before it closed. They are supposed to close at 9 PM, but I arrived at 8:48 PM and found the store already closing. When I asked the employee why they were closing early, she responded that they close 10 minutes before the official time and then walked away. A Walmart employee nearby mentioned that they often close at their own convenience. I haven't seen any posted policy stating that subways are supposed to close 10 minutes early. On 9/29/21, I placed an order via the Subway App for this location for a Footlong Tuna Sub. It was ready when I arrived, made exactly as specified and loaded with fresh ingredients. Also, it was packed with tuna. This was my first time purchasing from this location. I usually only go to Subways that are not inside Wal-Marts, but I am glad I gave this one a try.
I ordered from there and they just took money and we called down there and they just took are money so we had to reorder from there and we didn’t get are 20 back
