I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese, and they ended up burning the cheese. When I brought it up, the girl responded by asking why it seems like there's always something wrong whenever I come there. I was taken aback by her comment and explained that, as a paying customer, I simply expect my food to be made correctly. If my sandwich were done right, I wouldn’t have any complaints. I mentioned that I was going to file a complaint, and in response, she tried to hide the burnt cheese with mayonnaise and made sure not to give me a receipt, which would have had the store information on it.
I had the worst customer service experience here. The plus-size Spanish woman who refused to give her name was simply terrible. She was haphazardly throwing toppings onto people's sandwiches and even refused to make a second sandwich for one customer, stating, "It's too late because I already asked you." I've never encountered such poor service before. I ended up walking out without ordering anything.
I've placed two orders in the past week, and both times there were no napkins included. It may seem like a small issue, but when your menu features sandwiches priced at $10, $11, and $12, I would expect at least a napkin. Now you're going to charge me a low-order fee. How much profit do you actually make from the no-order fee?

I come to the Subway at Greenway in Greenbelt frequently and have mostly good experiences with the servers and the food. I intend to continue going here as it's one of my favorite local restaurants.
They gave me rotten chicken in my wrap. I open it and smelled it from away. Stay away from this location
