There was only one staff member working, and I didn't mind waiting at first. However, after about 10 minutes, it was finally my turn, but then a mobile order came in. She informed me that she had to prioritize the mobile order first. Since when do mobile orders take precedence over customers who are already waiting inside the store? It turned out to be a waste of my lunch break.
This place is ridiculous. The guy working behind the counter gives me the tiniest sprinkle of cheese on my sandwich so I ask for a little bit more and I get to the counter and this guy is charging me $2.50 for it. Imagine charging $2.50 for a little bit of shredded cheese I can buy a whole damn bag for $2 or less. What an absolute joke.
I wish i could put a zero. This line was so long and it took almost 20 minutes for one car to get their food. This is outrageous just got my hair done and wanted some arby's. Y'all should get more people may not come here again.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The staff member was friendly and accommodating, and the sandwich was tasty.
The lady that works here is amazing and always kind. She's the only reason I keep coming back.
