When I checked out, I questioned the total, and he explained that there isn’t an upcharge button for bacon, so he had to charge me for a specialty sandwich instead. This wasn’t what I wanted, and he didn't inform me about the potential extra charge at the beginning. I told him that this was frustrating and that he should have mentioned the upcharge beforehand; I simply wouldn’t have chosen that sandwich if I had known. Overall, this was poor customer service, and I won’t be returning. Additionally, the sandwich itself was messy and barely stayed closed.
