The black woman behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my existence and instead called on the black couple standing behind me and asked them what they wanted. This woman physically made some other woman from in the office, whom was busy and wasn't even trained (she kept asking what she was supposed to do, etc), to come deal with me despite me being the first one in line. This meant that the couple standing behind me had to physically wait for easily 10 minutes for this other woman to get done making 2 footlongs before they could even move forward. This subway has always been nice. But today i had a bad experience. I ordered salad and then black lady behind the counter asked me what veggies i wanted, i told her this and this and this , and then at last she had the audacity to tell me why just you didn 't say you wanted all of it like what? You just cannot say something like this to a customer. Horrible. she didn 't even say hi or anything like that, was just standing there waiting for me to speak. I just expected some good service if not best. Sad Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Finding this location can be a bit tricky; it's situated to the right when facing Walmart, in a separate building at the back of the parking lot. If you're looking at Walmart's entrance, it's on the far side. I wasn't even aware of this Subway's existence for over four years until just a week ago, largely because the signage from the road is so worn out that it's nearly impossible to spot. It would be great if they could improve visibility with a new sign or something similar.
The food at this restaurant is good, but the service was extremely disappointing. The staff could be more friendly towards customers. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return. My ratings are: Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.
