There's nothing quite like a Subway! This particular location in the Hidalgo area is fantastic. It's always clean, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the sandwiches are exactly as advertised. Plus, the wait time is under three minutes! I usually order the same thing: meatballs on Italian bread, American cheese, lots of pickles, plenty of mayo, ranch, sriracha sauce, and easy onions, accompanied by a bag of Doritos and an ice-cold Powerade from the fountain. I visited the restaurant around 6 PM and was quite disappointed to discover that the daily sandwich special was not available. How can a special run out? While my sandwich was being prepared, I noticed the bread was completely squished. Additionally, the selection of chips was very limited, and the flavored water fountain was empty. There were also no mayo or paper napkins in the restroom. Honestly, I'm not sure why I even chose to stop here; it feels like an unusual place. I asked the staff when they would restock their missing items, and they informed me it would take another two weeks. It seems like everything takes two weeks to get replenished here!
Went to eat at about 6 pm they did not have the sandwich special available come on!!! Its the day special how can you not have it!!! When he was going to make my sandwich the bread was super squashed they did not have a variety of chips the water flavourfountain was dry no mayo no paper napkins in the restroom i dont know why the hell i stopped here for this place is ageographical oddety i asked yhe guy when are you getting all this that you are missing we would only say in two weeks everythinghere is away of two weeks
I placed a pick-up order and one of my sandwiches was completely incorrect—no cheese and all the veggies except for one! The other sandwich also had no cheese, wasn't toasted, and the only thing that was right was the veggies!

The online order took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were so friendly that it didn't bother me too much.
The staff is welcoming and quick, a nice improvement from the previous crew. This is my go-to place for lunch!
They should change their closing time to 8:45 PM since that's when they actually lock their doors!
Friendly staff, I'm a regular, they remember my regular order and I get out faster
