I visited this restaurant on December 6, 2023, around 2 PM, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff member appeared more interested in leaving than in serving customers. I found it really unprofessional that he made derogatory comments about his coworkers while we were present. Additionally, many of the sandwich toppings were stale, and the bread was very hard. The young man was wearing headphones and didn’t hear my girlfriend when she repeatedly said that we were ordering together. I never had a good experience at this Subway. The customer service was poor—despite having three staff members and being the only person in line, I waited over five minutes without anyone attending to me or even acknowledging that help was on the way. Additionally, they over-toasted the bread; even though it was clearly burnt, the staff still asked me what toppings I wanted. This wasn't the first time I experienced this here. As for the food, they put too much sauce on the sub, making it inedible, and the person wrapping the sandwich tore and crushed the bread. I was hoping to enjoy something from the Subway menu, but unfortunately, my visit fell short again.
Bread was OLD, fell apart. NO mayo, told they 'ran out '. Meat was non existant. Tried to contact for days to give feedback and finally to someone to answer the phone. 'Manager ' and after accusing me of being disrespectful hung up on me. Cant reach corp so I will talk to local managers for their upcoming corp meeting. This is unaccptable! Subway claims to exceed expectations but this location does not care about that moto. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The employee preparing my sandwich was on the phone the entire time, clearly not an emergency since he was joking around. He seemed to treat making my sandwich as a low priority. Additionally, he cut my sandwich into a strange shape, repeatedly asked me which bread I wanted, and ended up giving me the wrong condiments. While I don't expect perfection, I do believe it's reasonable to expect staff to focus on doing their job correctly.

It's Subway, so I didn't have high expectations, but this place fell far below even those. They ran out of bread and didn’t inform anyone waiting in line, so we all stood there wasting time. On top of that, the employees seemed indifferent and more focused on chatting among themselves than helping customers. I've never encountered such poor customer service before. If you want Subway, avoid this location at all costs.
I visited this restaurant again, and unfortunately, the service was really slow. There were two teenagers working who seemed inexperienced, and they don't accept any coupons. I would advise others to steer clear of this place—I won’t be returning. At $12 for a sandwich, I could make my own for that price using ingredients from Aldi!
When you can get a sandwich it's never correct. But don't try to order at 8pm. Employee sat inside on the phone with the door locked and canceled our online order while we were parked outside. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Just got told they locked the doors because the worker is by herself and it’s just too much. It’s 5:00 pm on a Saturday, they should be open. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Adam help when I came in the store I'll definitely be back again one of the cleanest subways I've ever been to with the best service.
Adam is always a joy to talk to and is incredibly thoughtful with his service. Friendly staff all around and good food.
