Subway - Tisch reservieren

for many years customer at this subway, and it is obvious that the employees know me well enough. my wife has a free sub for christmas and I tried to use it today on the 2nd march (1 day after the 1st march). Now this review could talk about the ridiculousness of a 2 months expiration date, but that is not her fault. as always, although I go there all the time (since a week), they could not take off for the good certificate 1 day too late. in any case know how to take care of their loyal customers?. I liked the new owners first, but now will stay away.

the service was good and the food was good. I found it a bit expensive compared to the same product of two other locations.

Poor customer service, poor communication. Staff made assumptions and charged my sandwich to the customer ahead of me.
