I visited this restaurant on Friday at 9:35 PM, shortly before they closed at 10 PM. By the time I got there, many menu items had already been put away; however, they did manage to prepare a few ingredients for my sub. Unfortunately, they couldn't toast it because the toaster had already been switched off. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay with my credit card, a staff member told me that the cash register was already closed. If they plan to close early, they should either lock the doors or ensure they have staff willing to stay and do their job properly.
The staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating. I ordered a sandwich and asked for peppers, but the woman at the counter reacted defensively, saying she couldn’t add them after toasting. No one asked me about my topping preferences. The sandwich came with mayo, which I strongly dislike. When I asked for the peppers on the side, she acted as if it was a huge bother, shaking her cups and complaining about having to use them. The entire experience was unpleasant and rude.
During my recent visit to Subway, I placed my order through their app, customizing my sandwich exactly as I wanted within a combo and paid directly through the app. I arrived slightly ahead of the pickup time, gave my name at the counter, and the staff promptly handed me my order. I picked up my preferred chips and drink, then headed out. The entire experience was fast and hassle-free. I’ll definitely be using the app again for my next order!
I ordered through the app, and when I got there 20 minutes later, my order hadn't even been started. It looked like a new employee was trying to manage things without adequate training. Since I only had a limited break, I had to leave instead of waiting 15 minutes while explaining how to make a sandwich I've ordered many times before. The management at this location seems to be lacking, so I would suggest avoiding it.

I’m not sure how I successfully placed and paid for my order online, only to arrive 20 minutes later and see that they had just begun preparing it. Rather than prioritizing my order, they kept serving other customers, causing me to wait another 30 minutes in the restaurant before it was finally ready.
At first, I believed the restaurant was giving out free vouchers, which sounded great. Unfortunately, the young lady told me they had already run out of vouchers that morning, so I couldn’t get one. I truly appreciate her honesty and want to commend the Subway in Edgewood for their excellent service!
The two amazing women running the morning shift really know how to make their customers happy! Their outstanding service is exactly what this city deserves. They are professional and sincerely attentive to everyone who visits. Keep up the excellent work, ladies!
