On top of that, her customer service was just okay. I explained to the cashier, who I believe was the manager, that I paid with PayPal, but he didn’t listen and kept insisting on a different amount. After I dropped my receipt from the register, I asked if it was connected to my payment so I could leave. He told me it was an online order. I thought it might be mine and asked for my name, but he quickly said no. After I insisted, he checked my payment and I asked him to compare the confirmation numbers. He didn't realize it was my order until the sandwich maker pointed out that my name was on the receipt. Then he claimed he hadn’t mentioned that name at all.

I ordered two subs—a meatball and a sweet chicken teriyaki. Unfortunately, they barely put any marinara sauce on the meatball sub, and the chicken teriyaki one had very little chicken, along with just three banana peppers. To make matters worse, there was a young couple with a baby in the restaurant, and the staff kept giving them suspicious looks as if they were trying to steal something. When the young woman asked for a napkin and attempted to reach over the counter to get one, the staff member told her no and only handed her a single napkin. The employees appeared to be of Indian descent, but I'm not sure if this was a cultural misunderstanding. Whatever the case, I won't be returning to...
This restaurant is fantastic overall, but I do have one concern. The new employee they hired seems to have a negative attitude toward his job. He was eager to move from mopping the floor and cleaning directly to making subs. Fortunately, the manager was present and reminded him that he must always wash his hands before preparing food. As a customer, I appreciate the manager's strong work ethic. However, as a regular who visits this place twice a week, I would suggest that the manager consider letting the new hire go, as his attitude could potentially harm the restaurant's reputation.
I absolutely love this restaurant! They serve the best sandwiches, made with genuine care. Whenever I'm in the mood for takeout, this is always my go-to spot. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Raj and Parul. The restaurant is also very clean, both inside and out. It's truly an amazing place!

This is by far the worst Subway I've ever been to. I tried to give them a chance, but the person making my sandwich only used the ends of the tomatoes instead of the good parts. For $9, I could make my own sandwiches that would last for two days. I won't be spending my money here again.
The Subway located on Charleston Highway in West Columbia is well-managed and consistently delivers quality sandwiches. I also enjoy their cookies. The staff is friendly and efficient, making it a great stop when you're in a hurry.
