I'm an optimistic foodie...but this was the worst experience I've had in a while. We placed an order for pick-up, they were out of quite a few things we really wanted but ordered anyways. We got to the restaurant and found out another item was not available. When I had run in to pick up the food, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. We picked up our food and drove a minute to our destination. ALL THE MEAT WAS COLD. Everything! The sausage was very dried out and hard to chew. The rest probably would've tasted better had it been warm, but I don't know and really wouldn't go back to find out. Go somewhere else, this isn't worth it. $30 worth of cold meat and sides we weren't looking to get.
Food was luke warm the guy taking the initial order was not someone that should be dealing with customers not friendly helpful or nice. Unfortunately I would not recommend eating here based on people have choices this wouldn't be mine. Supposedly many rewards for food but I didn't taste or experience that level of service or quality. Entering this building is also annoying when you walk in your immediately greeted directly with a sign on the door that says exit only. You cannot see the entrance which is through the outside seating to the left a very poor design at least put a sign up with an arrow pointing where entrance to the building is.
I would honestly rate this place 4.5 stars, maybe even closer to 5. The only reasons it didn’t get a full five were the small drinking cups and the lack of cutlery. However, the food was so fantastic that I ended up eating it like a wild west cowboy, and it was completely worth it. I would have taken more photos, but the brisket I had was undoubtedly in my top five. And the Key Lime dessert was perfect.
I got the portobello sandwich?the triple decker thing you see. I basically ate the whole thing and all my baked beans. This place is definitely worth the trip, great family meal even if it?s cafeteria style ordering. That just means they?re dropping the fries fresh for each order. Do not sleep on the wings! We absolutely adore the staff at the Winghaven location! They consistently go the extra mile with our orders. I make it a point to bring all my out-of-town friends to this Sugarfire location, and they always impress. But really, the highlight is the food! It's the best gourmet BBQ in Missouri!
This is the best restaurant and the best people in St. Louis! As a tourist, I was looking for a true taste of St. Louis, and the staff recommended the Meat Daddy. What can I say? It was simply amazing! The service was excellent too. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
This was my first visit to this fantastic spot. I loved the atmosphere and the food, especially the brisket! The brisket plate is my favorite, and since this place is so close to home, I’ll definitely be back soon.

Everything was delicious, especially the pulled pork BBQ. All the sauces were amazing, and the beans and fries were taken to the next level! Highly recommended!
