I'm an optimistic foodie...but this was the worst experience I've had in a while. We placed an order for pick-up, they were out of quite a few things we really wanted but ordered anyways. We got to the restaurant and found out another item was not available. When I had run in to pick up the food, the staff was not friendly or welcoming. We picked up our food and drove a minute to our destination. ALL THE MEAT WAS COLD. Everything! The sausage was very dried out and hard to chew. The rest probably would've tasted better had it been warm, but I don't know and really wouldn't go back to find out. Go somewhere else, this isn't worth it. $30 worth of cold meat and sides we weren't looking to get.
Food was luke warm the guy taking the initial order was not someone that should be dealing with customers not friendly helpful or nice. Unfortunately I would not recommend eating here based on people have choices this wouldn't be mine. Supposedly many rewards for food but I didn't taste or experience that level of service or quality. Entering this building is also annoying when you walk in your immediately greeted directly with a sign on the door that says exit only. You cannot see the entrance which is through the outside seating to the left a very poor design at least put a sign up with an arrow pointing where entrance to the building is.
Sugarfire did the catering for my son's wedding at the Butterfly House in Chesterfield. The food was absolutely excellent! Now you would figure if you had such a good food they didn't have to have friendly staff. Well that's not the case! The staff was amazing! They took care of us and put up with us as we were trying to put out decorations and they were trying to set the tables. I would have yelled at me if I was them . They were patient and just kept doing their job and tried to work around us. They made my son's special event even more fantastic. I highly recommend Sugarfire!!
I got the portobello sandwich?the triple decker thing you see. I basically ate the whole thing and all my baked beans. This place is definitely worth the trip, great family meal even if it?s cafeteria style ordering. That just means they?re dropping the fries fresh for each order. Do not sleep on the wings! I was blown away. Favorite sauces were the St Louie sweet, Honey badger, white BBQ sauce.
This place is awesome! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. And the staff is so friendly and happy to serve. They go out of their way to be kind to the customers and make sure everyone is enjoying their experience. We will always keep coming back for the great food and service!
Absolutely delicious food! Great staff. Super clean place! ALL homemade! We came up to Illinois from Oklahoma and came to Sugarfire in O'fallon Mo.. Our daughter and son-in-law recommend it AND it is worth it! THANK YOU for a great experience!
wonderful lunch today! didn't see Rob do anything but stand around,,,,,LOL, but Skip and the guys served us up some fantastic ribs, pulled pork and brisket. everyone was friendly and helpful. If you are in this area, don't pass it up!
Hands down the best BBQ around. The brisket is amazing .. the Burger (yes Burger! and Fries .. Out of this world .. Always leave full and with leftovers !!!
Pulled pork and Turkey were worth the detour a nd the sauces were better. Cool little joint. Staff was friendly and funny. Go!
