I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Sully's Wharf for hosting an amazing party for my 50th birthday! Many guests commented on what a perfect venue it was. The terrace was beautifully arranged for us, allowing everyone to move effortlessly between the outdoor space and the indoor area for drinks. The food was absolutely delicious, and I appreciate the accommodations made for my gluten-free friend. This is my second visit to Katch Tanner Park Beach, and it just keeps getting better. I recently moved to Long Island and am slowly discovering great places, and this one is definitely a favorite. Just make sure to keep driving past the baseball fields to find it. They serve delicious food, and I really enjoy the live music—it’s a fantastic spot for family outings any day of the week. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they already have the summer band lineup planned out. I've tried the calamari, mozzarella sticks, and fries, and I can't wait to sample the fried avocado! This restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere with live music every night. While some bands are more enjoyable than others, most offer a wide range of music to suit different tastes. There’s a bar, and an area beyond it where you can purchase food and ice cream. I really appreciate the beautiful ocean views and the boat docking area. I often visit with a friend, and we love watching boats being launched and brought in. Walking along the two docks is also a favorite activity of mine. Additionally, there's a large playground across from the main area, along with a sprinkler park that's open for fun.
Really good park. It's free so that's always good, too many parks like Jones, hecksher, sunken meadow, etc. Charge a fee. There's a killer skate park, a nice playground, boat launch, water park, dog park, and a beach. There's also tons of athletic fields. A nice touch is the Seaside restaurant and live summer concerts. Since moving to Long Island, I've really enjoyed visiting this restaurant. However, last night my experience was slightly uncomfortable because I was excited to hear the live band. Unfortunately, I was seated next to someone who was playing their own music, which made it difficult to enjoy the performance. I have nothing against personal preferences, but it was a bit overwhelming.
Eating is fine, we received friendly service from waitress at noon time, but when we back to dinner time, your security staff were rude to us, we took a place and prepare to order food, He kicked us out because we brought a small camping cooler. Image from our start was fine. They treat military activities and their families.
This is a really great place to relax and enjoy time with family. Fourth of July weekend I got to see fireworks and there was live music on another day that week. The Restaurants were open. It looks really nice hanging out watching sailboats and speed boats go by.
