I went to this restaurant on Tuesday to celebrate my 60th birthday. From the moment we walked in, we received a friendly welcome. There were happy birthday lights on the table that my friend had organized, along with a balloon at my seat. We were seated and ordered a Turkish shot with an aniseed flavor, as well as a bottle of prosecco. After a few minutes, the waitress took our order. We both chose Sucuk, my favorite dish which comes with salad, spiced onion sausage, and warm pitta bread. It was very tasty. This restaurant always serves delicious meals with a friendly and welcoming staff and great atmosphere. The dine-in service during dinner is fantastic, with an average price per person ranging from £20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect rating of 5. Highly recommended dishes include Baklava and Iskender Kebab.
Had both carry out and sit in recently, both excellent . Lovely flavour , presentation, tasty and on a par with Agacan which is no mean feat. Staff all very friendly and courteous and respectful with social distancing , wearing full mask etc. By far the best restaurant in Forfar, would advise booking table in advance.
First time I had been to Sultan and went with family for an evening meal. The place was busy but we still got excellent prompt service and the staff were very pleasant. The food was excellent and arrived well presented and very tasty. Wouldn't hesitate to return as was a excellent meal.

Had tried this last year for a takeaway when we found them to have poor portion sizes. I had hoped that things had changed but sadly no. The food was nice, the kizartma great but I could have eaten more and I’m not a big eater! Please improve your portion size and we’ll become regulars
A busy wee place. Nice decor and a very nice waitress. All the staff mingle and chat. We had a fantastic meal, all the food was beautiful. We had no complaints. The fact the menu has not changed in many years proves that it is a winner. If in town, go try. Would advise booking though.
Went for birthday meal with my lady, excellent service from lovely staff. Efes beer . Food was well presented and thoroughly enjoyed, well flavoured. Defo go back
