On Saturday May 6th 2023 myself, Mom and both my Grandmothers went to Sunset Grill for breakfast. At first our server was a lady named Grace. Everyone (except me) ordered coffee.When she came back I was looking at my phone and I heard the cups hit the table. I looked up and asked my Grandma why is her coffee in front of me. They said that the waitress threw the drinks down and she had a very bad attitude.I advised he other waitress that I don’t want her serving us if she’s going to be rude.A Filipino couple came and sue took their order. Went with my husband and toddler son one morning after an overnight trip. Food is good, basic breakfast meals I love because I didn't have to cook or clean up haha. I ordered the new blueberry lemonade, granted its basically sugar it was so tasty and sweet, paired well after a savoury meal.The staff I think is basically teens or young adults, the boy that greeted us was confused and unsure of where to seat us and even took us wandering around the restaurant only to ask his colleague for help which she replied something like figure it out yourself because she was obviously busy. Good food and excellent service but poor management!Went this location for lunch today with my family. It was quite busy. Although, we didn’t have to wait at all. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Food was good.It was very warm and stuffy. We thought maybe because of many people and open kitchen but my son told us he saw the thermometers on the way to the washroom. One was off and one showed the room temperature was 24 degrees. We used to like Sunset Grill and we have eaten at many different locations in the GTA. We used to like the quality, quantity and prices of the food, but no longer. We only went to this location because we happened to be in the area for an early appointment. We found the quality and quantity of the food has declined and the prices no longer reasonable. They were stingy with the food and the lettuce was wilted with black spots, so definitely not fresh. We paid around $50 for 2 breakfasts and coffee. We will not be back to this location.Parking: There was plenty of parking available in the morning.

Delicious food. Reasonable price. Excellent service. What else can you ask for? This is a great location. Food came really fast. We were served within less than ten minutes and the place was packed. If you are reading this and is not sure if you should come to eat here, just do it! You won’t regret.

This place is perfect for brunch. Ambience is nice ,quiet and cozy.Reasonable prices, alot of options, good customer service, and ofcourse delicious and fresh food. You get coffee refill?

Got there at 11am on a Sunday there was no lineup and lots of seats available. It started to get busy about halfway through our breakfast. Great food.
