This was our second time staying here. My family of 4 plus my mom. The first time, we were upgraded to the penthouse due to low admittance. This time, we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The location is AWESOME… BUT…. I don’t think we’ll be staying here again. Cons: Inattentive front desk You have to walk to the front to get new towels, or bother housekeeping dirty floors and trim. Literally sticky and the bottoms of our feet were black each night. moldy baths/showers, rusty and grimey fixtures the bar is right in the center of the pools, so drunken vacationers can ruin your swimming experience with young kids “cafe” is 3/10 and overpriced. No straws, but all utensils and plates are disposable?...
This is the second time we have stayed at the Sunset Vista suites. The room was dirty upon arrival, dust everywhere. It looked like it hadn't been really cleaned in months. The couch in the living room area was filthy and needs to be replaced. You also could not sit comfortably on the couch even for short periods of time. I was a bit disappointed in our stay this time. There was no toilet paper upon arrival and they do not give you enough wash cloths or towels.
Wow, I was very pleasantly surprised with the unit we rented. It was a spacious, clean two bedroom condo and I loved the assigned parking. The staff was great from the front desk clerk (I wish I could remember her name... A very friendly red-head) I think she was the manager, to the bartender at the tiki bar to Tony at the Cafe. The pools were nice and so was the quick access to the beach.
Great location!! Tiki bar was amazing!! We loved Sheryl, she was the best!!! Just a little advice, if you buy the Gulf view, it's still a partial view. It's the side suite view. They offer partial gulf, gulfview, and gulf front. Didn't know that there was a gulf front option. For 1300, I was expecting a full ocean view, not the side view. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Been visiting Sunset Vistas since it was built. Great location and exterior of build was perfect. Only issue we had was room needed some TLC. Simple fixes on blinds, drawers, bed frames that need repairs. Washer/Dryer could be updated also. Overall glad we booked our stay there and would stay again.
I come down here about once a year to the same spot, and it always meets our expectations. We really enjoy our family time here.
I actually love this place, of course the cleaning could have been a little better. But , friendly staff, great location. Boom

These suites are amazing. The west rooms have the most beautiful sunset.
