We visited Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Parking was pretty rough in the early afternoon. We've eaten at this restaurant twice before but years ago. The crepes were just as good as they were before. The restaurant is inside a small mall area with a number of other stores. There are fans just outside the restaurant, so the air is moving even when it can be warm day outside. There are tables inside the restaurant itself to eat. We ordered 2 savory crepes, California and Florentine, which were both great. We also got a mango acai bowl and a tropical smoothie. Great breakfast spot in Delaware, however very small and if there’s a line it gets quite cramped to sit. Despite the line the cashier and cooks gave me my order very quickly. Food was great the I’d recommend the strawberry biscoff crepe or the strawberry Nutella waffle. Our açaí bowl was kind of grainy with some unblended chunks.
Such A Hidden Gem !!! We had the waffle with mixed berries Whipped cream !! It Was SO Delicious!! Super fresh berries the waffle was fluffy cooked perfectly!!! I love the menu here and have never been disappointed in crepes, bowls or smoothies. It’s always clean inside (if you can get a seat! and the staff at the order counter is polite and patient. The Mom savory crepe is INCREDIBLE! By far my favorite thing on the menu. The waffles are amazing as well. One downside is that this shop gets quite busy, and crammed sometimes though!

Always have to visit Sunshine Crepes when I’m anywhere near Bethany! Chocolate strawberry crepe and iced coffee is my go to!!
